- Bella Rose accepts returns for exchange only.
- Items returned without prior authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased through any of our retailers. Please contact the retailer where you purchased your items.
- We do not accept exchanges on special orders or sale items.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- In order to return an item, please email email@example.com with the order number in the subject line.
- All merchandise must be returned by an insured courier, such as UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Please retain your tracking information as Bella Rose Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was provided with the original order.
- Original shipping cost and returned shipping fees are non refundable.
- Damages or shipment discrepancies must be reported with 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your item please email us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will then issue you a return authorization number.
- Once a return authorization number is issued it is only good for 10 days. Please ensure the return authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

To request a repair, please email bellarosejewelry.com with all details listed below
- Name and phone number.
- Proof of purchase (receipt).
- Photos of damaged item.
- Brief description of the requested repair.
We will then assess the repair and provide authorization to return if damage is found to be due to defect. Authorization may not be given if damage is caused by improper jewelry care, alteration or accident. Please allow 4 weeks for all repairs to be completed. Items returned without prior authorization will be returned to customer at the customers expense. Return authorizations for repairs are only issued for items purchased within 6 months. If your purchase is older than 6 months there will be a fee of $35 for most items. For more extensive repairs, additional fees may apply. This will be determined once the item is assessed by Bella Rose Jewelry. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We only accept repairs purchased through Bella Rose Jewelry. Items purchased through one of our retailers, please defer to their return policies. We cannot repairs any age related wear that may exist on our antique or vintage components, as that is the beauty of vintage pieces.
